Not sure what the point would be.
This is the at least third thread I've seen in the almost 9 years that the EU4 forum has existed. They always die after a short while for one reason or another.
And the map changes frequently enough that it's not worth updating all the time. Since updating it creates problems with older data. Like, if a province has its borders changed then you can't really use the old data at all anymore.
It's way better, imho, to use one versino of the map and the keep it at that. Perhaps update it once every several years, but even that won't necessarily be desired if the goal is to get a feel of which part of the world people are from.
One of the previous threads, think it was the first one, had over 150 pages IIRC. Look at this, which was meant to be a better version of it. It died really fast and never even breached 50 pages.
