Your survey misses a lot of provinces and includes some that don't exist [Wales is not a province].

I think the point is that if your home isn't on the list yet, you select "Other", type it in and it will be added to the list. I added Xian on the list.
Nevers, which was apparently relevant enough to have its own set of ideas in EU4. Oh how we fell.
