Inconsistent admiral list in different interfaces

Description​

In my military overview I have 5/6/6/3 admiral that doesn't show up in the fleet window, and in my fleet window, when assigning a leader, I have 2/6/3/1 admiral that doesn't show up in the military overview. (I have only one graphical mod that doesn't affect the checksum.)

Additional info:
the bug fixed itself after a few months, 5/6/6/3 was replaced with 2/6/3/1 in the military overview.

Additional info2:
After admiral of that fleet died, I recruited just one more (the 2/6/3/1 one) through fleet interface. Maybe the 5/6/6/3 admiral was the one that died.

Steps to reproduce​

I don't know, maybe recruit a bunch of leaders. I recruit and dismiss a lot of them until I find someone with 3 stars.
