Incorrect display of people (no clothes, no outlines)

Description​

All characters display as textures, no clothes. This applies to every game start, every character. Mods don't affect it because I've turned them on and off.

Steps to reproduce​

The problem started since I started the game. There was no situation where all the characters displayed correctly.

Please verify your game files. Your checksum should not be modified if game files were not modified by the mods somehow. Start the game without any mods present after file verification. To verify them right click on the game on steam, Properties, Local Files, then Verify integrity of game files.
