Is it working as designed that India has no tech teams and therefore cannot carry out any research at all? This seems rather unfair on them; given the development of some armoured vehicles and weapons in India during the Second World War (such as the India Pattern Carrier and, previously, the Bangalore Torpedo. As it stands, India cannot even strategically redeploy or change any of their technologies beyond their very low starting level, which also cripples them in the war with Japan. That... and their AI is set to churn out garrison divisions, which they are unable to move due to lacking strategic redeployment ability - so they end up with dozens of garrison divisions in Delhi, doing nothing. This can't be working as intended, surely?

EDIT: Another interesting side effect is that India becomes incredibly wealthy, due to having no research drain on it. Heh.

Strange thing is, everyone else has their teams; it took me until 1942 to notice India didn't have any and was doing no research. Any idea what file could be controlling India's tech teams, or lack of it? I've checked, and teams_ind.csv is there, so it's not a missing tech team file so far as I can tell.

I loaded one of my old save games and India is researching along quite well. So this must be a problem with your installation.

I tested a bit and it happens when you paste the mod files in the main folder(to make the game playable in multiplayer). I just can't figure out why would that happen.
