not sure where to report bugs but I reformed this religion and the holy order you get with the unreformed one goes away and you don't seem to get one with the reformed indolaterian version

Holy Orders are exclusively for reformed religions. You're not supposed to have one as unreformed Indo-Hellenic. In fact, you don't get one. I suspect you're playing with an outdated version, before we uploaded the Holy Orders overhaul. I confirm that the current version gives no HO to Indo-Hellenic. It is supposed to give one to reformed indolaterian but I could not check this in-game.
