Is there anything being done about the ongoing industries issue? It's not in my PS store and the store will not open from the main menu screen
Please contact PSN support as it is their job to get your purchase from their shop onto your PS4.

How do you contact PSN support, are you asking me? If so I don't know, I'm sorry, I'm not a console player. Did you try googling something like "how to contact psn support"?
 
No, I'm asking what you suggest I say... I'm getting involved in a game of ping pong between Paradox and Sony and I'm getting nowhere except crossed. I know there is a record of my purchase so all I need is either a DLC code to get what I paid for or a refund
