Industry & Commercial zones not working after replacing a trainstop

I'm having an issue on PlayStation with a city (my best) that was having no issue before the Financial update. I changed one train station from the generic passenger station to a DLC elevated bypass, then about 20 minutes later almost all my industry and commercial zones started saying the "not enough buyer" and "not enough product". Plus, most the trains are not complete. They just have the engine car and 1 or 2 cars behind it. I have 5 cargo train depots, 2 cargo hubs, 4 cargo harbors and a cargo airport terminal. My traffic flow is generally between 72% and 75%. I have zoned-goods warehouse right next to most of my main commercial areas, too. My city has no demand for any zones now either.

If trains are s0awning with 1 or 2 vehicles it unusually means you've hit the maximum vehicle/pedestrian limit and/or your citizens can't reach their destination in time.

Your traffic flow may be in the 70's, though if your population is too high the you will easily hit the maximum vehicle limit thus resulting in industries complaining of a lack of buyers and commercial building complaint of a lack of product.

Xbox one x/PS4 . With no information about your city to go by. Suggestions to battle being at vehicle limit. 70% traffic is not great, most of my cities are 80-85% . Improve you traffic flow, use lane mathematics and lane hierarchy to improve flow, watch Biffas city fix videos and some on the Steam forum. Get people off the streets with Mass transit of some sort. Improve on your cargo network. I use rail yards for cargo trains. There are good videos on the Steam Forum, Eliminate limited use traffic, Taxis, Bank Trucks, Park Trucks, but do use one Road Repair service to improve roads. If you have Bendy and Super Bendy Buses. They are actually 2 and 3 vehicles respectively. Consider switching to Double Decker Buses. Bicycles are vehicles too, again get people on Mass Transit. It may be time to stop expanding and just optimize and decorate your city. I have one city, a favorite one, on my PS4 that I've brought back 3 times, but I've hit it again. I feel your pain.
