Inexplicable Grand Wedding Invalidation

Description​

Son's wedding was invalidated with no information why after marrying his wife at the ceremony

Steps to reproduce​

1. Got the "Fabulous She" event chain calling for a grand wedding, invested 750 gold into it
2. Wedding progresses until the end of the ceremony, spouses get married
3. Informed wedding is no longer valid, wedding ends with no benefits

The save file is the day before the wedding is invalidated. Crushingly disappointing.

The only thing that changed as far as I know is that this is the day after I completed my diplomatic intent as I was able to diplo-annex a neighbor through the special wedding event (combined diplomacy and intrigue check). I really hope you tested that...

I had one a few days ago with a Fabulous He and one of my daughters. I didn’t allow the original offer to happen but then started a matrilineal grand wedding with the same couple. Midway through the event, there was a pop up saying the ceremony was being canceled due to unforeseen events. It wasn’t a war, he didn’t flee court, and I have no idea what happened. I went back to an earlier save and re-ran the wedding, and the second time it worked out fine. No idea what went wrong the first time.
