Does It have something to do with the mods I have installed? (Prisoner Toilet, The Greater Reform Mod, Centered Office Chair, Faster Clock Mod)


Please help me, because my capacity is 50 and now i'm receveing 90 Prisoners! I've closed my admission, but I still receive more and more!
