Inflation event bug

Hello,

there is a bug (or feature) with the '-33 % inflation' event. If your inflation is at 0 % and you get this special event, then you have an inflation level of - 33% until the end of the year. So you can buy things dirt cheap (67 % standard price) until New Year's eve.

Though there are quite a few event bugs out there, I tend to think, that this feature is actually intended (so You get some bonus out of it when having kept inflation very low).

That would be the time for taking out some loans and build away to your heart's delight.

It is indeed a intended flavour...
It is called 'deflation'...
