Info View repeating

Expected Result​

When opening the Info Vies I expected that the info would be unique to the build-able area.

Actual Result​

When Opening the Info view and then looking at ground info for various infographics the data replicates 8 more times in the viewable areas.

Steps to reproduce​

Open Info view in a built city.
Set the view to something like noise or air pollution.
look outside the buildable/obtainable area.
