as i am a fan of the very first hearts of iron 2, i still have this gem on my pc. and some mods too, modern day scenarion, 1918 etc pp.
Also Arsenal of Democracy, my favorite amongst all. But one thing bothers me the most here.
I absolutely hate the 200% maximum in Infrastructure, its anoying and distrubes the feeling ingame for me, always trying to get the 100%, then a event and boom over 100%.
It doesnt feels right, so i wanted it to chance. Thats what brought to modding HoI2.
But all i found and managed was something else and not what i was looking for and miss google couldnt help me out, as i wanted.
So here is my question, where the heck do i find the line where i can set the global maximum for infrastructure? I mean, there must be somewhere in the files a line which says "maximum buildable infra = 200"
