Hi, I'm trying to access the in-game store inside the game but when I click the button the game just crashes. Any idea on why this happens? Thanks in advance.

EDIT: Sorry could someone please move this to tech support?

No real idea, sorry, we're not seeing this as a general problem. What version and checksum are you seeing? Steam or GG version?

And please post a dxdiag.txt - you can delete everything after the "Sound devices" section for brevity.

I can confirm this, as it happens in my game right now after installing the last patch (1.04c). After clicking the "Ingame Store" button, the game hangs up and the process needs to be killed.

I am playing the GG version, checksum is CPGP.

Not seeing this myself, although I have the Steam version. As GamersGate users need to access the in-game store to access their DLC I'd assume we'd know if they all had this problem.

But just to confirm: any GG users reading this definitely NOT seeing this problem? Or indeed, are?
