In my current game 150 years in, starting from the conquest as the targaryens, a few of the lesser houses has inherited titles from deserters beyond the wall. Is there an official fix for this?
 
The game, in my experience, fixes it eventually with wildling revolts or kings beyond the wall eventually taking them back
Even if they are inherited by someone within westeros? because in MY game, the LP's are wiping all resistance from the map. the revolts get maybe 400 troops and are attacked by 10k stacks

Yeah I've only seen that happen if the county is owned by the North or Iron Islands because they're close enough. To be fair though in the cases where that happens it's always been when literally everywhere is broken out into war and so other places have a lot of obstacles to sending troops that far north.
