Inheriting claims

I think there is some minor bug in inherting claims. I was king of Ireland and my grandmother had an inheritable claim to Kingdom of England. She had only one child my current characters father who was dead. My kingdom inheritance law was agnatic-cognatic primogeniture so the claim should pass to me as I was the oldest son of her only son. Still when she died the claim was not inherited not by me or my two sisters. Is it WAD that claims can't be inherited by anybody else than the child of the person who has the claim?

You can only inherit some claims if you press them in war.

Like I did not make it clear I was talking about "Inheritable Claim" not those that you need to press first to make them inheritable. Not to mention that I checked that it was inheritable like five times before she died as I was waiting her to die.
