Ive heard that their is a new scenario out their that allows you to play any country in the Grand Campain. Ive seen a download for a Improved Grand Campain but its in German. Is their a English ver?

Its my understanding that installing scenarios (like IGC) will not affect what language the game is in. So you can install IGC on any language version of the game and nothing language related will change.
