When a person becomes crazed they lose alot of stat points and is understandable. However the problem then arises when it becomes a specialised obsessement such as the military one where it switches the traits around. That's bad but then when it switches again I've noticed that it becomes permanently lost I guess you could say. I've seen this as then a person became cured of crazed but they were at straight 0's for all stats. I'm not sure if I explained that well but it should be easy to test.
