Insant multiplayer out of sync

I contacted tech support already on this and there was order post it here also.

After Charlemange DLC in multiplayer game goes out of sync right at the start when some player unpause after everybody are joined ingame.
Probably different operating system is cause of this matter.(?) In my case I use Linux mint 17.1 Rebecca and my friend use Windows 7 w/ sp1 and 8.1.
