Ok, I've been looking for the install order for HOI II Doomsday to add Core v.25 to it. I have HOI II Doomsday, the v1.2 patch & Core, but feel like I may be missing something...

Also can I add the Stony Road Graphics Pack...

Nope, that sounds about right. As to the Stony Road Graphics Pack: yes you can use it, though it isn't 1:1 compatible with CORE. So don't be surprised to see incorrect images (though that's hardly different from the original graphics). We are (finally) making an effort to get most of the graphics in, but that won't be broadly available until 0.30.
