Install problem with HoI2:DD

I have a problem with my HoI2D install

everytime i try to install it (i click on Install,the installshield wizard is loadin and then) i get a window where is written

"An error has occured during the setup process - ClassFactory could not supply the requested class"

i want to say that i installed and uninstalled the game several times (for getting the same version as my friends have) and its the first time something like this appear

ok i have solved the problem... the problem was in the file ctor.dll
ill just made a backup of it and then i deleted it and the game installed fine
