Installation bug?

Just downloaded this off Gamer's Gate and ran the install - it seems that non-standard character are not supported by the installer as I get an error message about renaming files with non-standard characters (Seyss In Quart and another) during installation.

I was at least hoping that the game would install without any problems . . .

EDIT: BTW, I hope no problems are caused by simply clicking on 'ignore'

Oh, and even with the patch a lot of the new flags don't display properly - they just form a single shimmering vertical line where the flag ought to be.
