Installation problem...

I have a problem with installing the game... When I activate the installation it starts to prepare the InstallShield Wizard. When it gets to about 40% it stops and displays the error message:

An installation support file 'C:\DOCUME~1\..\..\Temp\{CA5DD6E1-...}\setup.inx' could not be installed.

Forkert funktion. (Danish for: Wrong function.)

OS : Windows XP Home
CPU : Pentium 4 3.2 GHz HT
RAM : 1024 MB
Video : ATI Radeon 9200 256 MB

I just bought the game. Physically the disc does not appear to by damaged. Any help would be appreciated.

Look at the 3rd post of this thread, it says patch issues but it applies to the initial install as well. You need that special file the post links to.
