Installation trouble!

Hello all,
I have just downloaded the AGC, and when i try to install it, first it doesn't know where to put it (is it ment to?), and then when I try to install it, it simply blinks, tells me its done. I dont get a icon on my desktop either. could someone tell me how to get around this problem.

It says in the background that you have to install into your main EU2 folder (where you installed eu2)

Have you tried to download it again, sounds to me that the installation file may be broken...
