Installing DV from Complete Pack

I have ordered the Complete Pack CD including CK + DV.

I already have 1.05 on my PC. Do I need to uninstall this before I install DV or will it install DV directly over the top?

You can install it directly over CK 1.05 and then install the latest beta-patch for DV, from here
