Which version of Arm. should it be installed over? The 1.2 or one of the Beta 1.3/1.4?

Scenarios would not load after install of 1.3 Beta9.
I need help here. I installed Doomsday followed by Arma 1.2. What selection should I pick during the install process of IC? Everything seemed to work fine but when I loaded the game there were no scenarios and the tutorial had missing files too. Some detailed help would be appreciated. I suck at this

I've just gone through this same exercise and the lack of documentation or sticky threads about this stuff is a definite gripe.
1. Install HOI2-DD --I got it from GamersGate
2. Install HOI2-DD Armageddon -- from GG
3. Install Armageddon patch 1.2 -- link on this forum
4. Install IC -- from GG
Select installation option DD Armageddon which I think is the middle one (not AOD, not Darkest Hour)
4. Install IC patch 1.3b09 -- link on this forum
It worked for me. However have a look at the 1.3 beta threads as there are still some issues with it. 1.2 patch seems to have had more severe problems still and the last time I looked was removed.
