1. put any/all Plane/Tank in Market
2. Make sure to Have nothing in stockpile/production of that equipment, while having nothing deployed to any airfield/div
3. Change Design of equipment to anything you want
4. Equipment in Market/Lend-Lease is instantly Converted to that Design
5. Profit
