Hi there, in my latest save once I open intake for prisoners I receive one delivery of prisoners, then my intake changes to closed and I am unable to change it back - when I try to select any other option it goes right back to closed straight away. Any suggestions? I have attached my save file below, I am on the latest version of the game and all DLC apart from Perfect Storm.
