Intake not working correctly (PS4)

For the past couple of months, I've noticed that regardless of what combination of prisoners I wish to intake into any of the prisons I have made (new saves or even ones from 2019), I only rarely receive the actual prisoners I requested. Most of the time I receive different numbers of prisoners and also prisoners from different security levels to what I requested in the intake menu. I have also noticed that sometimes I only receive one prison bus even if I request more than 8. Although I am not receiving the actual prisoners I requested, I believe I am still getting the full payment that I would receive normally for the intake I was wanting.

Another thing worth mentioning, the prisons I tested this out on were working perfectly fine prior to me testing the intake out and didn't have any issues with too many delivery trucks or issues with too small of a deliveries area, which I imagine some people will think the single prison bus issue is arising from.

This is a bug between all platforms sadly. For some platforms if you mix and mash security levels they'll only receive one bus no matter how many they requested. The only way to take large amounts of prisoners these days is that they need to be part of the same security group. This bug is annoying but its still playable.

For my playstyle I usually just wait until a security level can take a full bus compacity (8 prisoners) and usually just trade off each security level each day that passes in the game.

In terms of intaking large amounts of one security level, I tried this with max security and attempted to get over 50 (can't remember exact) of only their level and it decided to give me around 20 prisoners from max only. I think it even said in the intake tab that the original amount of prisoners I tried to intake were no longer available and once again I got the payout I should have received for the number I requested. So sadly this method does not work for me.

I shall try your method of getting 8 per day and hopefully it will give me the security level I want. I had decided to stop playing until this bug got fixed, which also means I haven't purchased the island bound DLC yet since I don't know if the bug will ever get fixed.

May I ask how long you have been experiencing this bug for?
