I typically play as a psionic materialist who treats psionics with the same clinical attitude as any other science. They will generally not attack unprovoked unless already disliked by the target nation, in which case, they will use vague wording about how the target is a "threat to the galaxy" as an excuse to conquer or vassalize the target nation.
I am not a particularily skilled player, and would prefer other players who emphasize rp over winning.
