Hey,

This game recently peaked my interested and I'm considering buying it. I would love to play it with a couple of friends, so the low price of the game itsself is definitely nice, but looking around on Gamer's Gate, I find this package: http://www.gamersgate.com/DD-MAGICKAC/magicka-collection Should I buy this version, or just the original game for €5,97? €30 seems a lot for a 'cheap' game, even if it comes with all the addons, and I'm not sure if all of these are worth it.

The original Magicka is huge, so I'd personally say that's a great place to start.

If you like what you get there, you can get a whole lot more in the DLCs later on.

play demo, if you like then buy the collection with all current dlc. (not sure if it has the newest one)
Saves lot of money and the extra challenge levels + robes are fun to play with friends.

I'd say get the base game or try the demo first, a couple of robes might be fun to have for the vanillia story but it's not mandatory and so far as I know none of the other DLCs realy cut in to that story so you you can safely play through it and then make a decision.

there's also a DLC bundle (on steam at least) and I dont think you should lose a whole lot of money on that compared to getting the collection
