Interesting CTD: Reversed Time!

Playing still my first game as Friesland (lost the original demesne to Mongols, but surviving in Spain) and encountering repeating CTDs in the year 1341. Just before the crash, I'm pretty sure I see time reverse by one day! (example, from April 21 to April 20.) Is this actually the cause of the CTD?

Version: CK 1.04a
OS: WinXP
CPU: Intel Celeron 1.0 GHz
Ram: 256MB

I bet it's a character somewhere who is about to die, be born or inherit that has something screwed up. Lot of that was fixed in the beta patches.
