Bughunting
Replaced all references to KUR to u23, the real tag for Kurdistan.
Updated all the Caliphate events that had beta versions of sleepevent commands with the final real event numbers.

Made York event 406112 correctly trigger the inheritance event in the Scotland file.
Added deathdates to the Epochal_Mutazelite events that lacked them and meant they did not fire.
Aded deathdates to Ragusan events that needed them.
Included (finally!) Bohemia, Koln and Baden to the events.txt list
Corrected the sleepevent numbers for many Il-Khanate events.
Corrected the Jihad events for the Caliphate so they can't fire during the same war on Jerusalem.
Jerusalem
Wrote events for the loss of Jerusalem.
Wrote events for the replacement of the FAA in Jerusalem, in case it gets destroyed by rebels etc.
Caliphate
Altered the Med Fleet events to be for Lebannon instead of Samaria.
Kurdistan
Added the first few monarchs, leaders and events for Kurdistan.
Epochal_Mutazelite
Added the trigger condition religion = sunni to the conversion events for Tripoli etc.
Tuscany
Changed the triggers so that Tuscany won't join the Hansa if it is at war. But, added a new event wherein it will offer to join the Hansa if it is at war with Genoa. If the Hansa accept, it places them immediately at war with Genoa.
Il-Khanate
Reworked some of the civil war events to make them work better and changed the provinces owned and the victory requirments.
The choices in the civil war now cause more revolts in Persian provinces unless the Persian aid is sought.
Persecuting the Muslims now loses you Persian culture, something that can only be regained if you chose Sabutayi in the civil war and he seeks Muslim aid, or if Sabutayi wins the civil war, and he seeks to make an accord with the muslims.
If you persecute the muslims and Zungli wins the civil war (or the duel) then the policies continue and eventually have their effect, with Fars and Hormouz becoming Mongol culture and Buddhist.
