So, who are you?

You are probably wondering who am I. Well, I am from Mexico, I like games from Paradox, and I am going to talk about something.
What are you doing here?
And of course, you are definitively wondering why I am making an Introduce Myself in this forum. Well, I have a point. The first Paradox game I played was Europa Universalis III. And when Europa Universalis IV came out, I began playing a lot of it. But after some time, I got bored. So I tried to play EU3 again, but there was a little problem. Last time I played EU3 was in a Mac, so in order to play EU3: Chronicles I had to buy it from Virtual Programming in iTunes. The problem was that now I am in a Windows, so I discarded that option (that's definitively not the main topic of this). But, I had EU: Rome in Steam. So I installed it. But I noticed that, the EU: Rome community is death. So it's my responsability to revive the community. I am going to play a while and I am planning to make an EU: Rome mod so the community has a new mod after ages.
:blush:

:laugh::laugh::laugh::laugh::laugh::laugh::laugh::laugh::laugh::laugh::laugh:

Good luck from Texas! I will be following your mod's development.

:)) I swear that 5 minutes ago I just Alt + Tabbed my EU: Rome and thought to see if there are any mods for the game. The community around the game is dead but I am sure that we can find plenty of active players around. Best of luck from Ireland mate! If you manage to make a good mod, I will buy and drink a Corona in your honor.

I don't want to be a party pooper here but IIRC this game has a huge problem with it's savegame file size. It crashes when savegame gets 50mb or more in size and the only way to fix it is manually (e.g. EditPadLite, Notepad++).

If any one needs reviving it should be the developers first, as this game definitely needs a new patch.

Woooow! With such ridiculous nick it sounded me something familiar; now I see you are from Mexico hehe :)
Cheers! :)

Rome is a little abandoned jewel, looks a bit old now but is nice, fun and the politics much deeper and interesting than seen at first.

I am playing this and having fun while they fix the “levy bug” in Crusader kings 2

I don’t know if you have played Hearts of Iron 3 as Mexico, even for a “minor country” those paradox guys did their job and the president is the right one and they even mimicked the party change from PRN(?) to PRI
