The Vicky MP community is international, and sometimes coordinating across timezones can be a hassle.
To make it easier, I recommend stopping the "World Clock Meeting Planner" at http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/meeting.html. It lets you select up to 4 towns/cities (timezones) and displays a table showing what time it is in the various places throughout the day.
If you have a regular game going, it's easy to make a bookmark of the page displaying "your" cities.
