Iron Cross + Darkest Hour Issues

I don't know what the heck is wrong with me. Where in gods name do I find the vanilla download of Iron Cross so I can then apply the patches to it? I really want to play the "Settling Accounts" mod for darkest hour + IC, but I can't find Iron Cross anywhere.
