Iron Throne Embargo Wars shouls be toned down.

I witnessed 5-6 embargo wars between Iron Throne and Essos Republics ( Meeren, Lys, Myr etc. ) in 15 years. So many invasions by Iron Throne on Essos republics ( especially for the ones located in the Slaver Bay ) seems quite unrealistic, doesn't it ?

It's the other Republics paying them off to go to war.

The mega war system should be disabled for embargo wars though.

1. Declare embargo war, trade posts outside of crownlands
2. Mega war comes into play
3. Iron throne wins, no trade posts in the crownlands; no money gained.
4. Mega war over, merchant republics trade posts still there.

Huh, a few versions ago we added a workaround to stop Westerosi AI going on endless emargo wars in the east, but a vanilla patch must of broke this somehow. WIll look into it.

The iron throne ended up with 5 embargo wars per year.

Decided to take the throne for myself as I got annoyed by the wars.
