Ironman save Austria not joining a war for Hungary(Pu of austria)

Description​

Playing as ottomans. Ironman save. Austria PU over hungary and burgundy
Declared on hungary as conquest cb. Called in alot of HRE minors to dismantle the HRE. Austria didn't join the war with hungary
Tried reloading a backup ironman save didn't work.
All mods are ironman compatible

Steps to reproduce​

Just declare war using setup similair to the screenshot
