I am trying to find an interactive AAR to play
But I am not able to find any

You are lucky if you're looking to participate in a semi-interactive AAR in Stellaris. Me and some people who already participate in Magnum's Stellaris iAAR The Patrian Republic - A Semi-Interactive AAR [Resurgence] (it's very quiet atm though in this iAAR as the writAAR is busy IRL) have decided to try and make our own semi-interactive AAR. Although I'm still waiting for a response for approval for the interactivity of the AAR, I don't think I'll face much difficulty. I'll send you a PM with the link to Discord where we gather at the moment if you're interested?
