I think SimCity 2013 engines biggest issue was it was 32 bit.... so just wondering if this is 64?

Also will there be agents? Or will it be spreadsheet like SC4?

Also will there be multiplayer?

I am sorry but that card only have 128mb vram while the game requires 512mb and recommends 1gb. :/

Not exactly, hold your horses. Intel integrated GPUs have dynamic VRAM depending on demand. In Mac OS X, The HD 4000 can have up to 1GB of VRAM. (Unsure about windows, but it works the same way.)

VRAM only goes so far anyway. A 9600M GT with 20GB of VRAM will always be light years slower than a GT 650M with 512mb until the end of time.

On a 4000, he should be able at least run on lowest, maybe medium settings.(depends on resolution) The HD 4000 is not THAT bad.

If I have Windows 8.1 64 bit, memory 4GB, Intel Core i7-4700MQ CPU and GeForce GT740M is enough to runs the game smoothly?
I do not do well on the technical parameters of the computer.

I was able to max CiM2 on a GT 650M with 512mb of VRAM on Mac OSX(Performance is much worse on OSX than Windows BTW). A 740M with a Haswell Quad-Core i7 should blow through skylines.

Bumping because we now use, purely, a 64 bit exe

(Um, yeah, sorry, we forgot to mention this change)

So we have Unity 4, that is consistently damned for it's 64 bit support (at least in Kerbal Forums), as the engine.

Or is it the approach that the Kerbal Developers have used that causes all the big issues with their 64 bit version?

Or more likely, am I completely out of the loop of recent changes that make all this a none issue.

I like that. In a game that will probably benefit a lot of additional RAM, it seems helpful. Not even office computer nowadays come with 32 bit anymore and on Steam about 83% of all users use a 64 bit system (I suppose you already know that :p ), so it makes sense not only from a technical point of view, but also from the business side.
