Is it allowed to use the soundtrack from East Vs West (a cancelled paradox interactive game) while streaming other games on twitch?

I really like the soundtrack and thought it'd be nice for background music, but I want to make sure that'd even be allowed before doing anything that might be illegal.

I would of course put in the description/comments that the songs used are owned by paradox interactive.
