I know it's a strange question but let me explain

Recently I was trying to find a way to fix the marriage between countries with characters aged 15 years old that is currently broken in patch 1.4.2, but everything I do seems to be completely ignored when I run the game...

So after I recovered from my depression I took the 1.4.1 patch launcher and put it in place of the 1.4.2 launcher and started the game just to see what happened (In other words, the whole game and 1.4.2 plus the laucher and 1.4.1)

Well the bug was fixed!?! well at least the one of the marriage between countries with characters of 15 years plus the problem and that the bug of the women with multiple husbands returned

It got me confused how is that possible?!?o_O which is why no matter how much you change the game files there are things that you cannot change because the game launcher prevents you?

If there is a way to change these launcher "codes" I would appreciate it if you tell me how I do it
