Is it possible to have only the dragon related parts of the mod?

See, I've not read or watched any ASOIAF or AGOT, but I've read some and read up on the dragons and I'm interested in the possibility of having dragons in an otherwise normal European playthrough, perhaps exclusive to Ancient Norse characters. If this has already been done, I apoligize. I'm not that good of a modder so I was wondering if someone could do this.

There was a mod for vanilla, only it's outdated.
