Is it possible to rescale the buildings Moders are creating. I want to scale them down!

1. I have seen it can be done at the asseteditor. However I want to replace my scaled buildings with the orginal building. So I dont have to load 2 of the similar building. Is that possible?

2. Will this have effect on the LOD model? (the zoomed out modell)

Yes.

You have the first part done (I'll write it out anyway so others can see):

Part ONE, Re-scale in asset editor:
1. new asset
2. building
3. select building to re-scale
4. input value for "scale" at top left of the window
5. click "continue"
6. edit (or not) as you wish
7. save under a different asset and file name

You are missing part TWO which is a million times simpler:
1. go to "content manager"
2. go to the "assets" tab
3. ensure your re-scaled version is ENABLED
4. ensure original asset is DISABLED

Congratulations, you have re-scaled a building.

I've done this for several buildings. Re-scaled Park Avenue several times and now it's likely less than 65% its original scale.

IMPORTANT:
Make sure when re-scaling or editing buildings in the asset editor, your video settings have TEXTURES set to HIGH. The asset editor makes textures drop to LOWER THAN LOW if you save anything under a LOW TEXTURES setting. Try loading any asset and saving it with LOW several times over and you'll see it turn into greybox-like, texture-less model.
