Is level 20 too hard to achieve?

I played against a player the other day who had 900+ hours and he was rank 19.

I am currently rank 14 at 265 hours. Just want to know if anyone is struggling to get to level 20.

That's my last achievement for this game as well (first game I'm trying to get 100%, it's a tribute to it being awesome).

According to Steam i've 715 hours. I'm rank 24. But i've a winrate of 80,8% on almost 400 games.
It's just time i would say but winning is important as you don't have points if you loose.

Also @Gilmund you should link your Steam account with you paradox account. It will give you access to all the subforums (such as bug reports, and multiplayer). Its easy to do as well
