On my version of the cover it is not misspelt, and the American flag is a Prussian flag instead.

Hilarious. On my Swedish copy of the game it doesn't mention Nappleon at all and the american flag is replaced by.....well a white flag more or less since the "Europa Universalis" part is covering it
