Through my nearly 80 years game as a King of Poland all i could plot against was my wife.
Is this WAD or I am missing something. Can i choose somehere who i want to plot against ?
Or all about plotting is intrigue tab and choose plot or ambition window

If you play as a Duke, Earl or Count you will have more options regarding plots since you'll have a liege and his administration to plot against.

Would it be an option to give kings (and emperors) more plotting options against their vassals of which they have a low opinion? Wouldn't mind some plotting against hostile vassals every now and again...

What plotting options do you have in mind?

Something like replacing them with another heir, like their brother, son or something like that. Maybe especially if the nobleman is a bastard (even a legalised one) and another possible heir is not. It would imo be a good option, as long as it is limited to vassals. Of course all vassals should be highly encouraged to revolt if such plot fails.
