Is Steam synchronising works for additional contents?

Greetings,

I bought Stellaris Galaxy Edition on Steam. I can reach additional contents on Steam folder of the game. But how about from other places? For example I want to listen soundtracks on work, and the game is installed my personal computer at home. How can I reach additional contents without Steam?

I tried to synchronising in the Owned Items section, but it doesn't work. Is there anything else I can try?

You need to have Steam to get to the soundtrack. Once you downloaded it on the computer, it's located as .ogg files on the hard drive. I suppose you could put it on an USB stick or something.

Yes, I thought the same thing. Just wonder that maybe there is another way to have it.

Going onto this: how can I download the soundtrack from steam? In my game library I cant see a button to download it. Or do I need to copy paste it out of my steam folder?

They are in the same folder with Stellaris game. Find Stellaris game folder in Steamapps folder, then you will see novel, art book and soundtracks' folder. Also wallpapers are in the same folder - Stellaris, I mean.

I also asked that how can I download additions if I bought the game on Steam, but there aren't any choice for that.
