It seems to work, but I wish to force things to happen quicker. 
None of the events, when I fire them for Jon Snow, seem to change his parentage or his dynasty. Do I just have to wait for everything to complete itself naturally, or do the events I have need some slight adjustment?

That sounds like a bug, get a save and report it in the download thread for the sub-modsIt seems to work, but I wish to force things to happen quicker.
Not a bug. The events only cause him to receive a flag that indicates he knows his parentage. You have to actually click on the decision to reveal yourself in order to become a member of House Targaryen and have your true parentage acknowledged.
BTW, this submod updates pretty much never, since the last time they changed the Tower of Joy events...was a very, very long time ago. Really long ago, seriously.
Strange, I don't get any decision to click on. It's there, in the mods folder, but I can't get it to pop-up.
Edit: I figured it out, partially. For the decision to be in place, Ned Stark needs to be dead. Dunno if that is really something that should be necessary, as I can see Ned telling Jon the truth whilst still living, but yah. The problem is that it only makes Lyanna Jon's mother, but doesn't make Rheagar his father. So it looks like the Starks were practicsing incest as well.

I see what you mean with Ned, may change that in the future. Rhaegar not becoming the father is definitely a bug though, could you possibly upload a save from just before you tried the decision?Edit: I figured it out, partially. Hi guys, just wanted to add something to the discussion here on this sub mod. I tried playing the new version of AGOT yesterday and it did not let me play Jon in the A Feast for Crows scenario. So i played him by console switching after choosing a different character.
Now, I tried this sub mod and I could choose to start a new game with Jon, but the game crashes always in the following year on 10 January.
Is it possible that something needs to change in the sub mod to make it compatible with the new version of AGOT? Because in that game without it I got 20 years before ending the game.
