I'm getting back into HOI2 but i misplaced the manual. Are there any PDF copies of th manual that I could download from paradox, or a fansite?

Not to my knowledge. There is no PDF version of the manual, as far as I know (for obvious piracy related reasons

Too Bad as I am having trouble seeing the small print
You would have to order the game through the Paradox ondemand download site for a PDF manual.
